About Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, and holding a degree in Business Administration, Chef Arbinder began his career under the mentorship of legendary chef Jiggs Kalra. After moving to the UK in 2007, he honed his skills at Michelin-starred kitchens including Restaurant Sat Bains and The Waterside Inn, as well as prestigious venues like La Pont de la Tour and Quaglino’s in London. His accolades include being a two-time semi-finalist in the Roux Scholarship and an appearance on BBC's Alex Polizzi: Chefs on Trial. Known for his refined palate and bold creativity, Chef Arbinder is a sought-after name for luxury events and destination weddings, serving high-profile clients across the globe. |
