About Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal

Chef Arbinder Singh Dugal is a celebrated Indian chef and semi-finalist of MasterChef: The Professionals 2019, known for his progressive take on Indian cuisine. Currently the Group Executive Chef at the renowned catering company Madhu’s, he leads culinary innovation across their restaurants in Southall and Heathrow.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Aurangabad, and holding a degree in Business Administration, Chef Arbinder began his career under the mentorship of legendary chef Jiggs Kalra. After moving to the UK in 2007, he honed his skills at Michelin-starred kitchens including Restaurant Sat Bains and The Waterside Inn, as well as prestigious venues like La Pont de la Tour and Quaglino’s in London.

His accolades include being a two-time semi-finalist in the Roux Scholarship and an appearance on BBC's Alex Polizzi: Chefs on Trial. Known for his refined palate and bold creativity, Chef Arbinder is a sought-after name for luxury events and destination weddings, serving high-profile clients across the globe.
