Join us for an extraordinary culinary experience this Black History Month with none other than Masterchef The Professionals and former Bingham Riverhouse chef, Victor Okunowo.
Nigerian born - London raised chef Victor Okonuwo started off his career honing his skills in the kitchens of Galvin La Chapple, Gautier, Chiltern Firehouse - and here at The Riverhouse. He then headed up Stork in Mayfair and Talking Drum; dedicated to exploring techniques that are prominent in West African cooking while also redefining flavours from the four corners of Africa and presenting those stories through various dishes.
Victor has been seen as a pioneer of African Fine Dining in the UK - creating both Bori Table (a Pan-African gastronomic culinary experience) and AYO Collectice (a multi-cultural concept, featuring chefs tables, supper clubs & bespoke dining journeys). Garnering recognition from The Standard, Conde Nast Traveller, Tempus & more.
Don't miss this very special opportunity to celebrate diverse cultures and traditions through innovative food.
