The Last Supper, curated by Head Chef Vanessa Marx, brings together an eclectic menu of ingredients that are predicted to be extinct or rare by 2050,
while also highlighting some powerful, regenerative and sustainable alternatives!
This is more than just a meal. It’s a chance to reflect on our impact and start a conversation about how we can eat, grow, and live sustainably before it’s too late. As climate change accelerates, unsustainable farming practices and global food waste threaten the diversity of the foods we cherish.
