We're bringing you the ultimate British summer vibes with our taco bar and bbq feast accompanied by great music, casual seating arrangements on our garden terrace and lawn so you can take in the breathtaking views- the perfect backdrop for a memorable summer evening.
Sam Holland is a brilliant local, up and coming chef. Having graduated from the Leith’s School of Food and Wine, he went on to work at The Gleneagles Hotel and Chez Bruce.
With a huge Instagram following Sam is inspiring the next generation of young chefs teaching the nation to cook. You will see him on ITV’s new ‘Ainsley’s Fantastic Flavours’ in the coming weeks.
This is an amazing opportunity to experience Sam’s food as he collaborates with Bingham Riverhouse celebrated Head Chef, Vanessa Marx for this special night of culinary delights. Vanessa is an award winning South African born chef with diverse experience and trained at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA) in Stellenbosch. She went on to win the Eat Out Rising Star award, as well as appearing as guest judge on Master Chef South Africa and My Kitchen Rules, before relocating to London. |

6:30pm Guests to be seated at communal dining tables. You will experience a five course menu – a celebration of delicious seasonal British food.
9pm: Sam will come to talk to guests about his choice of dishes
